Product Characteristics

The Functions of a Dry-type Transformer Temperature Controller are as Follows:
1.Temperature Monitoring and Display: Measure and display the temperatures of the three-phase windings of the transformer. It is possible to switch to display the phase with the highest temperature.
2.Cooling Fan Control: Automatically or manually control the start and stop of the transformer fan according to the set temperature. There is also a timing detection function to prevent fan failures.
3.Over-temperature Alarm and Tripping: When the temperature exceeds the limit, an alarm signal will be issued. When the temperature reaches a higher set value, it will trip automatically to protect the amorphous metal transformer.
4.Fault Alarm: When faults such as open circuits or short circuits occur in the amorphous transformer sensors, an alarm will be issued and the fault type will be displayed. The fan will be controlled according to the fault situation.
5.Parameter Setting and Saving: Various temperature values and timing times can be set on the panel, and the 1500 KVA amorphous core transformer data will not be lost in case of a power outage.
6.Other Functions: It has a "black box" function to record the temperature of the amorphous steel core transformer at the moment of power failure. Some controllers have a communication function, enabling remote monitoring and control.
